Rancho Sedona RV Park

Surrounded by red rocks, Rancho Sedona RV Park offers you a peaceful getaway with many amenities.

It’s one of the best RV parks in Sedona, with clean and spacious sites, creating an environment that you’ll want to stay in every time you visit Sedona. Still, one of its best features is its central location.

Some of the available activities include mountain biking, fishing, and swimming in the creek on the property. This RV park is nearby the downtown area of Sedona, so you’ll have easy access to the local shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Helicopter tours and thrilling hot air balloon rides are only a few available things to do nearby, making for an exciting trip.

There are full hookups available, laundry facilities, and free Wi-Fi. Multiple restroom areas are also available, along with garbage and recycling spots.

This RV park is very peaceful, as you’re required to be in your rig at 10 pm. This allows you and other guests to have a quiet evening and sleep well before continuing on your jam-packed Sedona itinerary.

As a note, this park is dog friendly. However, there are strict rules about bringing a dog that barks excessively. Make sure to consider this when booking a spot at Rancho Sedona.

Oak Creek Mobilodge

Oak Creek Mobilodge is one of the Sedona RV parks nearby the heart of Sedona, so you can check out the local shops and hiking routes after a short one-mile drive.

You’ll find this mobile park off of Highway 179. This RV park combines short-term RV sites and long-term RV residents, creating a tranquil environment.

This RV park backs up to Oak Creek, a lovely spot to enjoy at night from the onsite patio. There are quite a few activities at the RV site, from swimming to fishing, so it’s a great spot to bring your family.

Other amenities include laundry facilities, full hookups, level sites, shaded areas, and the ability to BBQ on the property. Though, you’ll need to bring your own BBQ to cook on.

Some of the nearby attractions include Tlaquepaque, art galleries, and shops. You can walk or take a shuttle bus to these nearby attractions. If you’re staying in Sedona for the hiking trails, you can drive about two hours away to find yourself at the Grand Canyon.

Lo Lo Mai Springs Outdoor Resort

Lo Lo Mai Springs has been servicing campers and Rvers for over 50 years in Cornville, just outside Sedona. This resort has excellent ratings for friendly, helpful staff and great amenities for families.

The Lo Lo Mai Springs Outdoor Resort is a great place to unplug from the world as there is no Wi-Fi or cell phone service at the sites. Though, access to both is available at the onsite clubhouse.

Like other RV campsites in Sedona, Lo Lo Mai Springs has a strict policy on quiet time in the evenings. This creates an environment where you can enjoy nature without worrying about noisy neighbors.

This site allows tent camping, cabins, and RV camping. You can take advantage of the three available restrooms with showers open 24/7. A laundry room, pool, spa, and convenience store are also found onsite.

Oak Creek stretches alongside the park, offering pretty views and a romantic setting. If you’re traveling with kids, you’ll find a playground, swings, basketball court, and a horseshoe pit.

A short drive will take you to downtown Sedona so you can enjoy the local restaurants and peruse the shops. A 30-minute drive will take you to Slide Rock State Park, one of the top hiking spots. Head to Lo Lo Mai Springs Resort for its remote location and easy access to nature activities.

Pine Flat Campground

Situated between Flagstaff and Sedona, Pine Flat Campground offers you one of the prettiest campsites with dramatic scenery nearby.

You’ll find multiple campsites available that back up to Oak Creek, allowing you to enjoy the sounds of the rushing water while sitting under the shade of the ponderosa pines.

You can explore the many hiking trails at the RV campground, as this is one of the most scenic RV parks in Sedona. These lovely trails take you through the ponderosa trees and alongside the creek, providing epic views of nearby cliffs.

Each campsite has a fire pit and grill to enjoy. You’ll find pit toilets in the campground that are available for use. Drinking water, picnic tables, and firewood (for an extra fee) are also available.

There are no hookups at the campsites, so ensure you’re prepped for a stay without running water or electricity.

After birdwatching on the campground trails, you can drive to the nearby town of Sedona to see the art galleries and try some of the restaurants. This campground is also nearby Slide Rock State Park for additional hiking opportunities and a fun swimming hole.

Cave Spring Campground

Head to this campground early to get a spot, as it’s one of the most popular campsites! The Cave Spring Campground resides in a scenic area of Sedona – right in Oak Creek Canyon.

Besides the canyon, you’ll be surrounded by the red rocks and a thickly forested area providing shade and pretty views.

Fishing, bird watching, and hiking are all popular activities at the campground. You can also venture further to Slide Rock State Park or the downtown Sedona area. However, this campground is located in the Coconino National Forest, so there is quite a lot to explore without leaving the camp area.

If you need some essentials like firewood or snacks, the onsite store/office offers items for sale. There are pit toilets on site and showers, though you’ll need to pay a small fee for each shower.

Drinking water is available, and each campsite is set with a grill, fire pit, and picnic table. Like Pine Flat Campground, there are no hookups available at this campsite.

Verde Valley RV and Camping Resort

Driving to Verde Valley RV & Camping Resort is an experience in itself. The campground is situated nearby red rocks and peaks.

As you enter the resort, you’ll have views of the Mingus Mountains and Hackberry Mountains. It’s located in Cottonwood and is one of the Thousand Trails RV parks.

There are so many activities available at this resort that you may not want to leave! This resort is next to the Verde River, so you can spend your time kayaking or just enjoying the river views.

Hiking trails, mini-golf, a playground, clubhouse, bathrooms, showers, a game room, and much more are available here. Full hookups are found at the campsites with 30 amps available.

Verde Valley RV Resort is perfectly situated near Jerome and Sedona. After working your way through the activities at the park, you can head to one of the nearby towns or wineries for fun experiences.

Page Springs RV Resort

The quaint Page Springs RV Resort is tucked away between Sedona and Cottonwood. The resort is situated alongside Oak Creek and features pretty cottonwood trees as a backdrop.

When staying at Page Springs, you can take advantage of the nearby creek by fishing and swimming. Hiking or playing horseshoes are great ways to spend time at the park.

Each campsite for RVs has electric and water hookups available. Wi-Fi is also available, though you’ll need to pay a small fee for usage.

There are also quite a few attractions nearby, including Montezuma’s Castle, the Red Rocks of Sedona, and the Tuzigoot Indian Ruins.

Munds Park RV Resort

If you’re looking for a campsite that allows more than standard RVs, the Munds Park RV Resort is the way to go. You can bring campers, big rigs, and recreational vehicles (like ATVs) to Munds without issue.

This resort, nearby Flagstaff, is a seasonal option open from April to October annually.

Munds is excellent for short- or long-term stays, featuring everything from a heated pool to an onsite restaurant with pool tables, ATV trails, a rec center, fitness center, and convenience store. Free Wi-Fi, a dog park, dumpsite, restrooms, showers, and a water fill-up area are available at this resort.

Munds Park is conveniently located near Monument Valley, Sedona, and The Grand Canyon for excellent outdoor experiences.

Zane Grey RV Village

Nestled against West Clear Creek, the Zane Grey RV Village is found in Camp Verde. This RV park is available for use throughout the year and offers lovely Creekside hiking trails and shade-covered campsites.

The park is surrounded by mountains which help create a lush green environment and lovely scenery to explore. Clean restrooms and showers are found at this park, complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and a picnic/pavilion area.

If you need propane for grilling, you can purchase it directly at the park. Full hookups for sewer and electricity are waiting for you at the RV campsites. Spend your time at Zane Grey tossing bags at cornhole, hiking, or watching the local wildlife.

This RV park is located near a few cities and towns to explore, like Prescott, Flagstaff, Sedona, and Phoenix. The Grand Canyon is also a short drive away.

Sunrise Resorts of Arizona

Sunrise Resorts of Arizona is one of the best RV parks in Sedona for those over 55. This resort is situated at the base of the Superstitious Mountains in Apache Junction, offering a lovely view as you travel to the park and while staying at the park.

Multiple accommodation options, from RV sites to permanent homes for sale and vacation rentals, are available. While staying at Sunrise Resorts, you can enjoy a game of pickleball, swim in the heated pool, hit a few balls at the tennis courts, or enjoy a relaxing stroll on the shade-covered paths.

A long list of amenities is available, including a pet park, library, game room, laundry facility, water, sewer, Wi-Fi, and cable TV.

You’ll find options for outdoor activities, family-friendly attractions, excellent restaurants, and more outside of the park. Zipline over the Superstitious Mountains, catch a baseball game or visit an old gold mine nearby.

Distant Drums RV Resort

Looking for an RV park that’s nearby some of the best indigenous historical sites? Try the Distant Drums RV Resort! This resort is in Camp Verde and offers easy access to Montezuma Castle and Montezuma Well.

As far as customer service, Distant Drums has some of the friendliest staff. There is a complimentary escort service that shows you to your RV campsite.

You won’t need to hunt for garbage bins, as the trash is collected daily from each site. Clean private showers, a fitness room, dog park, country store, laundry facility, and heated pool are only a few of the many amenities available. You’ll also have access to a full hookup system at your campsite.

If you need a break from outdoor activities, there’s a casino available across the street from Distant Drums. A free shuttle will take you to the casino and back. The Verde Valley Wine Trail, Blazing M Ranch, and Fort Verde Historic State Park are a few other fun things to do in the area.

Turquoise Triangle RV Park

Right past the conjunction of 89A and 260 sits Turquoise Triangle RV Park. This Cottonwood RV park boasts tranquil campsites and proximity to the Verde River. If you choose to stay for a longer period, you’ll have a fenced-in campsite, creating a lovely private area for you to enjoy.

Onsite, there are laundry facilities, full hookups, restrooms, showers, cable TV, and friendly staff that are available 24 hours a day. Wi-Fi is available, though it is spotty in some locations/camping areas.

You’ll find lots to do at this campground, from reeling in trout to swimming, kayaking, and enjoying the surroundings of greenery and pretty ponds. The RV park is nearby the Verde River and within walking distance of local stores and restaurants.

Dead Horse State Park, Jerome, and Sedona are short drives away from the park.

Camp Avalon

Camp Avalon is a unique camping site that blends scenic nature areas with a peaceful spiritual resort. This camp is found in the Red Rocks of Sedona, offering lovely views and a magical place to stay.

Newly opened bathrooms and showers are available at the camp so that you can expect clean and new facilities to take advantage of.

Wi-Fi is available for a small fee, and you can purchase firewood onsite to create a cozy evening fire. Some campsites are right on the creek, and if you hunt around, you can even find a rope swing to jump in.

You can choose from workshops to yoga and tai chi classes while staying at Camp Avalon. Travel outside the camp for excellent hiking opportunities at Slide Rock State Park and Red Rock State Park.

Cathedral Rock and its picnic area are also nearby. Or, you can spend your time exploring the arts and crafts village of Tlaquepaque.

This is one of the RV parks in Sedona that does not offer hookups, electricity, or a waste disposal area.

Rio Verde RV Park

If you have a flexible timeline, you’ll want to head to Rio Verde RV Park. This is one of the best RV parks in Sedona, and it’s so pleasant that you’ll likely want to extend your stay.

This affordable RV park is found in Cottonwood, just south of Sedona’s Red Rock area. There are 62 RV sites on a 30-acre plot of land filled with lush pine, cottonwood, and juniper trees.

When spending time at this RV park, you’ll find many hiking trails to explore. Once you park your RV in a spacious spot, you’ll find full hookups, restrooms, laundry, and fire pits. If you visit on the weekend, you’ll likely see a few food trucks where you can purchase some delicious meals and snacks.

There’s also a wildlife park, the Copper Art Museum, and the Snowbowl nearby for additional activities.

Sedona RV Parks
